During the holidays I can not guarantee timely shipment arrival! once i send the item is on the shipping carrier control.
I send all packages by registered mail 
Shipping handling time is between 3-5 days
The delivery time is up to 14 days for most of the world.
Orders placed on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays will be sent on Monday.
In case you need fast shipping with door to door delivery service shipping (EMS) please check the upgrade shipping or contact with us!
Once the package has been sent by me, I have no control over mail services!
Mail may be delayed for various reasons (holidays, vacations, Weather)
I would appreciate your understanding and your patience.
I send all packages by registered mail with a TRACKING NUMBER so you can track shipment through your local post.
The tracking number is on your shipping notification!
US buyers please follow your shipment at USPS web site.
Please pay attention that the shipping time during the holidays can be extended to more than a month!! please order early enough.
I thank you for your patience and understanding that any delays of the shipping company it is out of my hands and my responsibility.
GERMANY-German customers please note that based on previous experience the screening process and delivery of mail in Germany is longer ,please consider another week until delivery.
Please make sure that the address you have provided is the correct address.
You can of course ask for another address at time of the order.
All my jewelry are packed with a lot of love in an elegant gift box.
If you want to send it as a gift you can specify the address and I'll be happy to send it on your behalf.
Please notice- I can not be responsible for orders that did not reach their destination after more than 70 days from the date of order! - please follow the shipment with your tracking number and let me know about any problems.

If there is some problem with my jewelry you can always return it and get your money back within 14 days of arrival - if the item has not been worn , used or damaged.
Not including the cost of shipping.

Order that have not been sent yet will be canceled on request immediate.
After delivery cancellation will be after i receive the item back -not including shipping costs.
HOLIDAY SEASON-on holiday season I accept changes or cancellations in order within 5 hours!!! after order, I send very fast in order to arrive quickly and in time so I can not accept changes or cancellations after package delivery!!

Refunds & Repairs:
In case the product was damage less than 30 days i will repair or replace the item depending on the damage. Please contact me so solve this out !
Item that damaged 30 days and more after receipt -
I can repair with additional fee. Bayer is responsible for return shipping of the item.

Please notice! - Item that had been damaged after 30 days from its receipt is not included in the warranty of the shop.
